This facility also has a Recovery Room including infared saunas, cold plunges, and compression sleeves as well as tanning available to its VIP members. Keep your physique at its best here at our SW Springfield location.

We keep it old school, but that doesn’t mean we’re outdated. Our freshly re-vamped men’s and women’s locker rooms and private showers are clean and ready for use, no matter what time of day you use the gym. For VIP members enjoy the Recovery Room which includes infared saunas, cold plunges ,and compression sleeves as well as tanning beds at our SW location. Infrared saunas for VIP members are also available at our Central Springfield location.
