Our freshly re-vamped men’s and women’s locker rooms and private showers are clean and ready for use, no matter what time of day you use the gym. For VIP Members, enjoy the recovery room which includes infrared saunas, cold plunges, and compression sleeves as well as tanning beds at our SW location. Infrared saunas for VIP members are also available at our Central Springfield location.
